COOK YOURSELF PRETTY AND SLIM

Looking to fit into THOSE jeans? Wear THAT bikini?  Or just drop a few pounds?  
In addition to following a plant-based, whole foods diet, incorporating certain foods can speed weight loss. We will show you mouth watering recipes which can help you achive your goals.

Evening Classes from 7pm-9pm

Recipes concentrate on using fresh seasonal ingredients, with a good variety of grains and pulses, seeds and nuts. Many of the recipes are from Nell’s book
Eat Well With Nell and she will explain how these dishes not only taste delicious but also will help combat stress, fatigue, weight gain, mood swings and promise good skin and shiny hair.
