Our 200 square metres of kitchen has been inspired, designed and built with children always in the forefront. At our demonstration kitchen and at each of the 3 specially created work stations there are state of the art induction hobs (link to ‘Why induction hobs? ), an oven, all the cooking utensils and a generous cooking space, ensuring every child has a hands-on experience, because the only way you can learn to cook is by getting your hands dirty.

 We have over 20 years of cooking experience. We are passionate about cooking and eating good food.

Ethel is a ‘cooking mum’. She has spent the last 14 years enjoying cooking for her family.
Ethel has trained at schools and restaurants around the world, including Hoffmans in Barcelona with Mey Hoffman the only female Michelin starred chef in Barcelona, Divertimenti in London’s fashionable food mecca and also at Aula Gastronomica de l'Emporda cookery school, Costa Brava.

We also work with French, Italian and Scottish chefs.
